Making stuff! I’m the one building the camp fire before you’ve even found the tent pegs.

Fixing stuff! What do you mean none of you know how to change a bike tyre?

I’m building… buildings! Bricks, blocks, up they go.

What do you love about them?

The answer is all that matters. Love that big green tick.

The fun part is finding new ways to solve things. Extra points for doing things differently.

It’s all about the skills. Learning new things and challenging myself.

I’m the DJ! All killer no filler, after hours of work perfecting it.

The great outdoors! Forests, mountains, rivers… I love all that stuff.

A well planned city break can’t be beaten. Hand me that tube map!

What makes your jaw drop?

Skyscrapers, dams, all that BIG stuff! How do they do it?

Robots. I’m just waiting for that first drone delivered takeaway, honestly.

What really inspires you?

The world around me. Big scary challenges with big exciting solutions!

The people around me. Everyone has that one thing they do better than anyone else!

Are you a loyal watcher, or picking something new every time?

I’ve got my favourites, and I make sure they get my support.

I’m a streaming butterfly. Anywhere and everywhere.

What gets a film to the top of your list, then?

The human side of things. Feel the love!

If there’s a problem to solve or a secret to share, I’m there.

What makes a good leader then?

It’s the one with the best kit. The fastest car, the biggest tools, or the coolest outfit.

An inspiring speech always helps! Leading by example.

So what’s your niche? What part do you play?

I’m in it for the gear. Working out what the team’s missing, and bringing it.

Four wheels, two wheels… maybe even hooves. I’m the getaway driver.

So how do you organise your goals?

Results! They’re what matter, so I work back from there.

I find the gaps, then I fill them in. Hard work works!

What’s at the top of the list then?

Straight in with the numbers stuff. It all adds up!

Anything creative. Words, languages, culture.

So you’re exploring in-game. What matters?

It’s all about the transport! I want an awesome horse, or a serious spaceship.

Give me the cool stuff. I want screenshots for my socials.

I’m about the ones I know I can do. Efficiency is everything.

What’s your construction mantra?

Big, big, big! If you can’t go wide, go tall.

Efficiency is key. Everything should be in just the right place.

OK, so what gets your inner town planner fired up?

Finding ways to get around fast. I own the road!

Making sure everything fits together. Perfect timing.

Which direction does your problem solving take you?

I head for the data. Number crunching always works.

Figuring out what the designers were thinking usually helps.

So how do you get to that solution?

It’s all about the tech. IT skills for the win.

I’m more hands on. If you try something enough times, it usually clicks.

What sort of skills are we talking?

Coding! It’s like learning a secret language.

Designing robots, what else? There’s nothing cooler.

And you’ll use those connections to…?

Change the world! Climate change isn’t gonna tackle itself, is it?

Win people over. I can be very persuasive!

What sounds more like your idea of a big win?

Sharpening up my web coding skills.
