Work with the Customer service managers and the Continuous Improvement team in analyzing and improving operational finance business processes
Review progress of improvements and provide feedback to the relevant stakeholders
Ensure delivery of accurate financial reports within agreed deadlines.
Propose, design and deliver ad-hoc reporting to drive better visibility and understanding of profitability for assigned product to front line CS and GSC counterparts
Provide full customer, material and product profit transparency.
Help drive profit optimization across the business through ensuring accurate job costing and transparency.
Support customer service as finance process subject matter expert
Review and improve business financial interlocking processes (FIN & CS) together with the Head of Operation Performance Management, CS Manager and CFO.
Conduct and be responsible for internal audit processes, ensuring compliance to defined best practice and maintain our operational procedures
We are looking for
Relevant finance experience
Data mining / analysis
MS Office, specifically advanced in Excel
Advanced knowledge of SAP/FACT preferably including business warehouse or business intelligence
Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Ability to communicate complex ideas
Attention to detail & accuracy
