We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to come and join our Truckstop Team based in Rugby. What do we look for in a Customer Service Assistant? Ensure that customers are greeted and always treated in a friendly and polite manner Ensure that service given to customer is efficient and accurate at all times Assist customers with their enquiries to the satisfaction of the Company Check for customer satisfaction regarding meals, Truck wash, motel etc. Deal promptly and effectively with customer complaints, ensuring that all such matters are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer Ensure that serious/unresolved customer complaints are promptly reported to line management Ensure that complete Company uniform is always worn whilst on duty and that the Company dress code is fully adhered to Ensure the shop is always fully stocked and merchandised to Company guidelines Be fully aware of all Company promotions prior to promotion commencing Actively take part in the suggestive selling of Company goods/promotions to the benefit of the Company Ensure the correct handling/proportioning of Company stock/property to avoid excessive wastage To ensure matters regarding health and safety to self and other individuals are fully understood and taken seriously Be aware of and report potential health and safety hazards Operate the till in accordance with company policy and procedures
