We are looking for a Customer Service Operator to join our team in Heathrow! Working within our Customer Service team you will be responsible for the ongoing management of the existing customer base, focusing of the service provided, and related administration required. Part of a team managing an inbox which deals directly with the customer, understand what consignments they may have & book/manage them on their behalf. Managing the customer accounts and complete variety of data entry tasks. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm based in our Heathrow office. Hybrid working will be available once training is complete.
