Our dedicated Stobart Driving School offers a bespoke training programme which will give you the opportunity to gain your LGV Cat C+E (Class 1) licence, with all your practical training and test fees* fully funded. To be considered for this training, you will need to obtain yourself; LGV medical and acquired a provisional Category C licence A valid digital tachograph card Theory test certificates consisting of multiple choice, hazard perception and DCPC Mod 2 case study We offer fully supported Category C+E practical training in just six days, with over 40 hours, on a 2:1 basis, 20 hours experience behind the wheel and 20 hours observation in-cab. With our in-house LGV instructor team, we’ll support you every mile of the way. Our teams of dedicated instructors are on hand to help you meet all your legislative requirements and keep our drivers safe. The final stage to become a Cat C+E LGV driver is your practical test, carried out by our own delegated examiner. Successful completion of your training guarantees a job.* Once you’ve passed your exams you’ll be behind the wheel as Stobart’s newest driver, where we’ll continue to guide and train you through a 4 week mentoring period. We do more than just train you; we’ll also help and support you with coaching and mentoring with experienced drivers.
