Whether you’re ordering the latest trainers online from ASOS or adidas or buying a Nestlé Easter egg, colleagues at GXO would have been a part of making this happen! Pretty cool, right? Being at the forefront of the logistics industry and working with hundreds of well-known customers such as ASOS, EE, Virgin Media, Nestlé and Heineken, GXO colleagues working within our warehouses across the UK will have played a part in ensuring your trainers were delivered to your door and your Easter eggs are in the supermarkets ready for Easter. On board our graduate programme, you’ll experience 3 placements of 8 months in length. You could be working at one of our sites managing a team of colleagues within the warehouse or working with one of our transport teams to analyse data to make cost savings and change routes or deliveries. You could even be working with our charity partner Transaid with a placement in Tanzania or Uganda if this suits you. That’s why we need you to be flexible to move round the UK through the duration of your programme – and of course our graduate team will be there to help and support you every step of the way. We’ll ensure you have a well-rounded view of our business which will enable you to transition into a full-time, permanent operational role at one of our sites following the scheme. We’re offering a starting salary of £28,000 per annum, which will increase each year.
