Job Purpose Research and deliver insights into prospective customers that will provide sales with a deeper understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. Supporting sales management with management information reports on sales pipeline and quality, driving better Salesforce discipline. Key Responsibilities Improve sales effectiveness and win rate  Production of customer insights to support front line sales in productive engagement with target customers Bringing the customer perspective to market analysis and research activities to provide insights and recommendations Work with existing key client team to research and build on internal and external market insights   Drive better sales pipeline management/Salesforce discipline Ownership and production of management information reports for commercial organisation Driving better sales discipline in Salesforce updates by sales team   Engage relevant stakeholders  Effective and structured communication of customer insights to frontline sales via presentations and written reports Timely and accurate management reports shared with sales management team   Required Experience & Skills Research, report writing and presentation skills Strong analytical skills Familiar with data analytics and market research tools Stakeholder management Project management skills L&S product knowledge Working with CRM tools (Salesforce) Logistics industry knowledge   Personal Characteristics Confident self-starter Structured and organized Good attention to detail Clear communicator
