Inventory Administrator

We are looking to recruit a highly organized, accurate and detail focused Stock Clerk to join our fast-paced ecommerce operation based at East Midlands Gateway that will support a brand-new transformational customer fulfilment operation. Working on behalf of a well-known ecommerce brand, you will ensure the smooth and efficient entry of all stock and location data by preparing and checking all stock reports and maintaining the integrity of the stock systems. Reporting into the Inventory Controller, you will undertake the recording and distribution of data and information through manual and systemized processes whilst ensuring high standards are met. You will work closely with operational management teams to ensure stock issues are logged and resolved efficiently, whilst providing a positive attitude to problem solving and KPI achievement. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls in relation to stock whilst maintaining office control and filing systems that relate to admin inventory support. In addition to the above you will also form an excellent working relationship with the senior team and client providing clear insights and reports into stock integrity. To be successful in your application, you will have proven administrative experience ideally within a stock or inventory control environment, be able to demonstrate a positive attitude towards problem solving and customer centricity. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with exceptional numeracy and data accuracy skills. It goes without saying that you will be IT Literate with the ability to use Warehouse Management Systems. Having a strong customer focus, commercial awareness, and the ability to be an excellent team player are also key requirements of this role. This is a Monday - Friday working pattern on a 2pm - 10pm shift.
