We have an exciting opportunity for a site-based Administrator to join our team at our site in Wellesbourne. The role is to support in coordinating and monitoring administration aspects of Finance, Payroll, Training, HR Compliance, Absence Management, Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality and Facilities to ensure the site follows all associated company policies and procedures in line with the sites requirements and responsibilities. The administrator role will play a role on site in providing administration support for all required audits e.g. Security Audit, Site Classification Assessment (SCA) and HSEQ Audit. Your key focuses within the role will be to support with monitoring and maintaining the accuracy of all CEVA financial systems, and providing reports, raising customer backing data & supplier invoices. You will need to have the ability to work to deadlines and priorities workload, have a great attention to detail and at least one year administration experience.
