As a Warehouse Service Team Manager in our DC you will be utilising expertise and knowledge to identify opportunities to engage my colleagues to improve the Warehouse performance. As a manager, your first priority will be to lead, inspire and grow your team. We’ll expect you to be a brilliant role model, showing just how much we can achieve by working together. As part of the wider management team, you’ll also help to improve the operation as a whole. This will involve everything from chasing opportunities to finding better, safer ways of working.
