RECRUITMENT & RETENTION

HR PARTNERS

Dependent on experience but it could be anything from £19K to £27K, for a more senior position.

Being responsible for the employment of new people, as well as working to retain existing staff.

Nothing formal at entry level, although you may need further qualifications to progress. As with so many logistics opportunities, it’s much more about skills: either the willingness to learn on the job, or the ability to transfer and reapply skills from other places you may have worked.

People people: naturally good communicators who are also able to identify peoples’ core strengths, skill sets and abilities. It also suits empathetic personalities as a means to relate to a diverse range of human emotions and behaviours in the workplace.

COMMUNICATION AND WELLBEING

Dependent on experience but it could be anything from £19K to £27K, for a more senior position.

Being responsible for the wellbeing of the workforce, in terms of mental and physical health. You may need to work with individuals to help get the best from them professionally, while also being creative in terms of wellbeing initiatives and incentives.
