Our operation in Castle Donnington are looking for a customer centric and results driven Warehouse Operative to support our high profile, aerospace customer, where you will drive operational excellence, high performance and team engagement to meet and exceed operational demands. Reporting into the Operations Controller, you will provide exceptional service by ensuring accurate receipt and dispatch processes are adhered to at all times. You will be a part of a team who will be looking for operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Quality adherence is also a key aspect of this role, ensuring all materials and processes are completed correctly and they comply with the appropriate inspection protocols.  You can expect to work Monday to Friday, on a shift rotation
