On board our passenger ships, ensuring we deliver the very best service to our customers is paramount. We’re growing as a business and to ensure we can maintain our strong service delivery; we’re looking for a Customer Experience Apprentice to join us based in Dover.
Working alongside our Head of Customer Experience, Steve, your primary focus will be to guarantee a fantastic service is delivered to our customers. Steve spends lots of time on board our ships, talking with customers and colleagues to ensure that our customers enjoy every part of their travel on our vessels. We’ll need you to support Steve with this, so you’ll be spending time on board our ships doing just that – you’ll absolutely need a passport for this role!
On the rare occasion we receive some feedback, we’ll need you to jump on the investigation and communicate with our customer. We pride ourselves in quick resolutions and we’ll need you to have the ability to act efficiently to action this. You’ll be conducting customer satisfaction surveys and collecting data using methods such as interviews, questionnaires, and focus groups – we need you to be comfortable to talk to customers and our colleagues at all levels.
You’ll have a great mentor in Steve, and we can really guarantee that in this role you’ll be working hard but having bucket loads of fun along the way – it really is a great opportunity to work with a fantastic line manager, and to ensure that we are delighting our customers.
