Innovate Talent is part of Innovate Freight, a specialist consultancy for freight logistics with the aim of helping businesses from SMEs to global operations capitalise on IT opportunities.
In 2023, its founder, Richard Litchfield, expanded the business into recruitment with the creation of Innovate Talent. Born out of lived experiences of the difficulties of hiring the right people, Innovate Talent helps businesses hire for logistics roles in the widest sense, including jobs within operations and sales.
