The Ministry of Defence is a UK Government ministerial department led by the Secretary of State for Defence. We work to protect our people, territories, values, and interests at home and overseas through strong armed forces and in partnership with allies, to ensure our security, support our national interests and safeguard our prosperity. We employ a blend of Military (Regular and Reserve), Civilians and Contracted Personnel in Logistics who operate as a flexible, adaptable, and collaborative whole force to procure, store, move, distribute, maintain, and dispose of Defence equipment.
