Welch Group has been providing high-quality logistics solutions since it was founded almost 90 years ago by my great grandfather and his brother, Gordon and Jim Welch.
This doesn’t just make for a great story; our history in the industry gives us a unique insight into managing change and navigating challenges of all kinds, while maintaining excellent customer service and responding to our clients’ needs.
We continue to adapt to the needs of the industry and our people. With our opportunities for the local workforce, our focus on sustainability and our drive to make work an enjoyable place to be, our mission is to make our bit of the world as good as it can be.
Right now, in-line with Cambridge City’s carbon reduction targets, our Net Zero side of the business is growing. Our Urban Consolidation Centre is ready to streamline deliveries and collections into and out of the City, making last-green-mile logistics a reality for its organisations.
