Our Graduate Programme

You will be expected to contribute and have an impact from day one fulfilling “actual roles” within warehousing, transport and projects rotating around the business every 6 months. You will develop knowledge, skills, and experience in all areas of our operations and will be supported by a structured learning and development programme alongside relevant job-related training including completing a level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship programme in the first year. In return, we require you to be eager to learn, keen to get ahead, confident in challenging the ‘norm’ and be willing to experience different aspects of the business.

What are we looking for from you?

  • As a minimum, we require you to have a 2:2 or above in any graduate qualification or equivalent
  • Right to work in the UK beyond a Graduate Visa or Skilled work route
  • Full Driving Licence by September 2024
  • Flexible approach to location (you will be expected to move around the UK for different placements)
  • The drive and desire to succeed in an exciting environment

Selection Process

Our selection process is straight forward. You will be expected to complete an online assessment and if you meet all our entry criteria a member of our People team will contact you to book a video interview. (Don’t worry this will be with a real person!) If successful, you will be invited to our assessment centre. This will take place virtually on 6th December 2023, 7th February 2024, and 21st March 2024. Please save one of these dates!
