An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Administrator to join the team in our Enfield office. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY The administrator provides support to the depot manager, providing excellent customer service and working with the customer to meet there expectations. To support all administration requirements within the depot. Liaising / working alongside the manager within the daily Invoicing process. Issuing Purchase Order numbers for parts and validating invoices. Dealing with any queries relating to invoicing Knowledge and Skills:

  • Database management
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills to provide a professional approach to both external & internal contacts.
  • Excellent front-line customer handling skills, building relationships
  • Strong numerical ability & attention to detail
